La Grange is your peaceful retreat situated in the stone built former barn and has been tastefully converted and equipped to a high standard. The swimming pool is just a few yards from La Grange and is surrounded by flowerbeds and lawns. La Grange has its own entrance and patio, with outdoor lighting, for your evening meals or barbeque.

Everything you require waiting for you
No need to make your beds....Your comfortable bed will be waiting, made-up with cool cotton sheets and pillow cases for a super nights rest.
Travel light......All bath, hand and swimming towels provided so you can travel light.

Join us for a meal.....On your second evening , if you wish, join us for a complimentary and informal meal "a la terrace" and learn something of the area or find out about living in France.

Personal needs....As we are on not far away on site we are able to cater for personal needs or any emergency. We speak French, English, Spanish and German.
Need some provisions on your first evening?We can provide various food packs or prepared meals for your first evening (extra charge).

Don't like cleaning?...We will take the worry away from cleaning at the end of holiday by doing it for you (extra charge).
Don't want to cook?....Let us provide you with a home made meal delivered to your Gîte (extra charge).

Inside La Grange
Sleeping The gîte comprises of 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 twin with 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 6 people. Stylish comfortable double beds are complete with a comfortable quilt and English pillows. The linen sets provided include cotton sheets and pillow cases. One double bedroom is downstairs. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.
 
Bathrooms The gîte has 2 bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. To pamper yourself, the en-suite bathrooms are newly fitted and have large walk-in showers, twin wash basins and heated towel rails. The upstairs bathroom also has a large bath to relax in. Fluffy bath and hand towels, bath mat and even pool towels are provided.
Entertainment Relax in one of the comfortable sofas and watch English (Sky Freeview) or French television, play a DVD or listen to one of your own CD's on the stereo system. There is a large library of books for your use and enjoyment. Bring your own MP3 player and plug it into the music system.
Eating and Living There is room for 6 in the living room with a log burner that can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere.

The open plan kitchen is equipped to a high standard including electric oven and fitted gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge with useful size freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as kitchen linen.

A good range of stainless steel saucepans and quality knife set in a block are provided.  You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. There is plenty of  cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.
Heating There is wood burner in the living area and two oil filed heaters are included during the months required.
Telephone  In an emergency you may use the phone inside the house or you can use an internet connection to use Skype.
Internet Access WiFi or Ethernet Access is available
Smoking No smoking allowed inside the gîte.
Safety Smoke Alarms and fire extinguishers are installed.
Outside  La Grange
Outside Cuisine A barbecue and utensils are provided for your use.
Outside Furniture There is a table and six chairs.
Swimming Pool

The 11x6m heated saline (saltwater) swimming pool is an ideal place to relax during the day. There are comfortable sun loungers, parasols and a large abri providing a shady area to relax in.  At night the pool really comes alive with the underwater lights which bring out the best of the blue mosaics.

Laundry Room The laundry room with a washing machine will be available from November 2006.
Parking You may park your car in the old barn but you can drive up to the gîte for unloading and packing.
