granary next to the main
house with its own private
garden. It is ideal for long
term lets as it has central
heating and a wood burner.

short stroll away from the Le
Cottage Fleuri and is surrounded by
flowerbeds and lawns. Le
Cottage Fleuri has its own
entrance, outdoor lighting
and private garden for your
evening meals or barbeque.

cotton sheets and pillow
cases for a super nights
rest.

The gîte comprises of 2 double bedrooms upstairs for up to 4 people. Stylish comfortable double beds,
with one being a 4 poster bed, are complete
with a comfortable quilt and English pillows. The linen
sets provided include cotton sheets and pillow cases. The
sofas in the lounge are sofabeds so can be used an extra
beds or as a bedroom.
The gîte has 1 bathroom upstairs, which is newly
fitted, with a large walk-in shower, bath to relax in, twin
wash basins and a heated towel rail. Fluffy
bath and hand towels, bath mat and even pool towels are
provided.
Relax in one of the
comfortable double sofas and watch English (Sky Freeview) or French television, play
a DVD or listen to one of your own CD's on the stereo
system. There is a library of books for your use and
enjoyment.
There is room for 6 in the
living room with a log burner that can be used to create a
comfortable atmosphere.
The open plan kitchen is equipped to a high standard
including electric oven and fitted gas hob, dishwasher,
large fridge with useful size freezer compartment,
microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as kitchen linen.
A good range of stainless steel saucepans and quality
knife set in a block are provided. You
will also find a clothes drier, an iron and
ironing board. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery,
glassware and cooking utensils.
Heating
There is
wood burner in the living area and central heating in the
hallway,
bedrooms and bathroom.
Telephone
In an
emergency you may use the phone inside the house or you
can use an internet connection to use
Skype.
Smoke
Alarms and fire extinguishers are installed.

Swimming
Pool
The 11x6m heated saline
(saltwater) swimming pool is an ideal place to relax during
the day. There are comfortable sun loungers, parasols and a
large abri providing a shady area to relax in.
At night the pool really comes alive with the underwater
lights which bring out the best of the blue mosaics.
The swimming pool fully complies with recent French safety

Laundry
Room
The laundry room with a washing machine will be available from November 2006.
Parking
You may park your car in the old barn but you can drive
up to the gîte for unloading and packing.
