"Nathalie and David were wonderful hosts,
charming, helpful, offering plenty of ideas for
places to visit, sights to see and also giving
us helpful hints on good places to house hunt.
Nathalie cooked us a 4 course meal on our first
evening, and they seemed genuinely happy to
indulge us. The gîte was absolutely charming and
very well appointed particularly in the kitchen.
A great place for chilling - especially in the
new hot tub (if that isn't a contradiction in
terms). A really nice touch was that on the day
of our departure they volunteered that we could
stay as late as we liked as there was nobody
coming for a few days. A really nice thing to
do, as having to rise early, clean the place up
and get out by 09.00 can take the edge off an
otherwise lovely break. I would be happy to
recommend this place to anybody."

"Le Peyrecout is
set in a quiet unspoilt part of the countryside
with wonderful views. The grange is spacious,
easily sleeping 4-5 with all the modern cons and
a beautiful swimming pool. We were made very
welcome by the owners who live on site.
Excellent for visiting parts of the Tarn, the
Bastide towns, the Gaillac vineyards, Cap
De'Couverte and other activities like canoeing.
The location is very unspoilt and although last
week in summer holidays, there were hardly any
tourists/people. Great for getting away from it
all. Very good value for money!" Jackie

The place has an
authentic feel, with old rustic charm so the
comfortable interiors contrast nicely. We stayed
in the smallest gîte and the facilities compared
very favourably with our next destination in
Brittany. David and Nathalie provided the extras
that make a difference like a dishwasher, tea
towels, two sets of bath towels, even a bottle
of wine, satellite tv and hi fi. None of this
was found at our next g?e which was similarly
priced. The kitchen was easily good enough to do
some quite serious cooking at home which we
enjoy. They personalised the holiday without
being intrusive and we thought the welcome
dinner a good idea and appreciated being taken
rather than having to find the vineyard for
degustation. The wine is now one of our
favourites. There were no biting insect problems
common to farm locations and the pool set the
whole experience off nicely. We also loved the
area especially the medieval villages and
actually began house hunting. This is advanced
g?e !holidaying and first class value - we
spent half the weekly rental again on one night
and a gourmet dinner at a posh hotel in
Boulogne! Derek and Judith

"We thought the
whole holiday experience from booking onwards
was fantastic. The accomodation was very
comfortable, we particularly liked the sky TV
option. The gite was clean, very well presented
and well equiped (although it would have been
very useful to have had a washing machine as we
were there for 2 weeks).(NOTE:WASHING
MACHINE NOW INSTALLED).
The owners, who live on site, were friendly and
helpful and it was a really lovely touch for
them to invite all the guests to their house for
supper on the Monday night. Nathalie is a great
chef and it was a good opportunity to get to
know the other guests. The location is perfect
for exploring the Tarn region. Thank you for a
very enjoyable holiday."

"We had a lovely
week, the G?e was very comfortable and quiet
and the owners were very hospitable. The
swimming pool was definitely the main attraction
with beautiful views of the countryside. There's
lots of historical little villages and towns to
visit near by. Good for both couples and
families." Suki from
