La Peyrecout, circa 1700, a renovated Corps de Ferme, is set in three acres of tranquil hillside, amidst farms and woodland. Situated in the beautiful unspoilt Pays des Bastides area of Tarn but only a few minutes minutes away is the Aveyron and Tarn-et-Garonne departments in Midi-Pyrenees.   Situated 94kms. north-east of Toulouse and 73kms west from Rodez airports, La Peyrecout is ideal as a base to explore South West France.

All gîtes have large open plan living areas with French TV and English Sky TV, DVD and CD players. Superbly equipped kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, fridge freezers. Large bedrooms with  spacious bathrooms with large walk-in showers and baths. All linen and towels provided. Each gîte has its own terrace and BBQ.

You have use of a private 11 x 6m heated saline swimming pool (May - October) and a separate spa / hot tub (All Year) where you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Only a few minutes away is Laguépie, a lively town famous for its chestnut festival, which is situated between the popular bastide and medieval towns of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Najac, Puycelsi  and St. Antonin-Noble-Val.  Or you could visit Roquefort, Toulouse Lautrec Museum, Millau Viaduct or one of the many Gaillac vineyards.

There are a variety of activities within a few kilometres of the farm including canoeing, horse riding, walking, golf ,sailing, cycling and mountain biking. Only 15minutes away there is Cap'Découverte where water skiing, snowboarding, skiing, zip-lining, tobogganing,  go on all summer long.
